After 20 years managing the people side of transformations, including for several blue-chip clients and global law firms, I saw a gap: smaller firms and in-house legal teams face the same complexity and urgency, but with fewer resources. So I built a practice that brings the best of big-firm strategy, methodology, change leadership and digital innovation into the hands of nimble teams, helping turn plans into progress.
