I am a CIPD qualified HR professional (MCIPD) with over 20 years’ experience improving systems, tools, processes, culture and ways of working in organisations. For the past 10 years I have focused on people consulting and change management, both as a Big Four fee-earner and an inhouse change lead for global law firms such as Ashurst and Clyde & Co.
