About ME

What I Do

I am a London-based solo consultant with a passion for helping people transform disruption into opportunity. I support sponsors and programme leads in the delivery of transformation programmes and strategic initiatives within legal environments, where the stakes (and, let’s be honest, the levels of conservatism!) can be high.

My Background

I am a CIPD qualified HR professional (MCIPD) with over 20 years’ experience improving systems, tools, processes, culture and ways of working in organisations. For the past 10 years I have focused on people consulting and change management, both as a Big Four fee-earner and an inhouse change lead for global law firms such as Ashurst and Clyde & Co.
